Was the dealer from Logan/Springwood area?
There are miles and miles or dodgy car yards in that area, and heaps of smashed up cars piled around the streets. Its so easy to see whats going on there.

Did you get an independant inspection? Some of those services warranty clear title.

Perhaps one option you have is to tell the police they are welcome to confiscate the engine (not helping?)

Aircon craps itself 1:30pm Friday when it’s going to get hotter each day over the weekend.
Just around 12months since debacle install it’s the gift that just keeps f***ing giving.
Called the useless install mob at 2pm Friday regarding the fault that unit will not fill with water and that supply line in has been checked by myself and is fine. They logged fault with band manufacturer and to expect a call. As expected no f***ing call. Now sitting in hot house on 38 degree day with 41 expected tomorrow.

After a bit of digging he's listed as being in the following areas:
- Geebung
- Northgate
- Taigum

I have no choice but to surrender the engine to them but I have to relinquish the entire car as evidence and the local Sgt I've been speaking with has said that there is no guarantee I would get the car back minus the motor!!!

What terrible situation to find yourself in.
No matter what the outcome is you've lost either way. It's just a matter of how many $$$ you lose.

Will get through it. Have actually been lucky, the ex has destroyed the relationship with her daughter after trying to use her as a pawn in this.
Also met an amazing girl that actually gives a shit about me. Something I had never experienced before.

Shooting net 71 in an honour board event, with a Personal Best 14-off-the-stick on the par 4 17th (reload twice, still in the trees, four hacks at it in said trees before I was on the fairway again).

The day was won by a 28 marker with Net 64.

I was actually too honest for my own good. Hooked my first drive pretty clearly into the GUR left but said I couldn't be absolutely certain it stayed in the GUR or went in the creek, so reloaded.
Reload went OB.
Reload of the reload went deep into the trees and the rest is history, sitting 9 behind everyone else sitting 1.
