The bloke is the BIGGEST power tripping flog in the golf industry. He banned me from all the pages he runs for not agreeing with his personal opinion and didn't even have the decency to reply to my messages!!!

That pisses me off.

When I agree to sell something, it’s locked, even if I get offered more money after the initial agreement.

I’ve had 2 good buyers today, hopefully the trend continues.

I've had that happen so many times.

I've also had the reverse happen: Went to see a car for a project, agreed on a price, gave a deposit, organised to come back with a car trailer to collect it. Paid to hire a trailer and had it all hooked up and ready to go, only to get a message that someone found out it was sold so offered more money so the car was sold to them instead.
