Monday - Post Champs round, Redcliffe GC, 9:12a.
So where will we go on Monday for the real stayers?
Somewhere between Pelican Waters and Brisbane is probably best as I think I will fly in and out of the capital.
Beerwah? Perhaps Nudgee so we can jump straight on the plane afterwards?
Suggestions please.

Good one Kev. You certainly showed that potential off the blacks at PW. The much milder environment of Reddy helps....I know that is where I had my best score this year as well.
So was it in the M-F comp or just social?
Cheers

Nice shooting Kev & Bruce, how many lovely recovery shots did Kev hit with his lobby today?

Why is only Kev's handicap listed?

I've never seen the winners hcp listed in brackets like that before, and we have plenty of burglars around these parts!
He had 39 points, he won. Don't see the need to have a dig at this hcp..!

Don't worry Kev. I am used to my (very) occasional good rounds being "explained away" with reference to my chopper handicap as well. Hold your head high.

I don't think anyone is having a go at all, people who have played with him are just supprised he plays off 27 and not lower, end of story.

I'd explain it, but conspiracy theories are much better. Carry on.

Kev had 27 points after the first nine, and had Pete and I covered off the stick. Wow! Unfortunately it didn't last, but it's still a good overall score. Bruce also had his best nine ever, before wilting in the heat.
Hey AndyP. Fixed the score for you
Great end to a fantastic weekend. Thanks guys

How TF I managed 30 pts, I'll never know. Bruce & Shaz will attest to that. I had a wipe and 8 x 1 pts in that as well.
Thanks again to everyone for attending what is also becoming a Champs tradition.

No conspiracy - just that he hasn't got an AGU handicap yet and was playing from an Ozgolf allocated one.

Thanks guys
Talk about wheels falling off on the back 9! Couldn't do anything right from 10 to 16 - sprays, lost balls flubbed irons. Then something clicked on 17 and 18 to get some points back.
It also helps Reddie is a hell of an easier course!
It was another great day with the company and the course.
Guaranteed to have a proper AGU handicap next year...
If you start out depressed everything’s kind of a pleasant surprise.
