And the work ute. 2007 Ford Falcon BF MkII XL Ute.
Has done a bit of off-road work in it's time.

And does carry a bit of a load.

Also survived the floods earlier on this year.
Pictured below is the Shell Servo (Yellow Building near the Truck) I turned left just after it. Was water flowing down the road & it was a bit deeper than I first thought.
I felt the front of the ute lift, and it started to push me towards the median strip in the middle of the road. So I slotted it into 1st and held it on the limiter.
    Pulled through, luckily!

Geez talk about a kiss of death! Left the car at the train station last night after a few too many pints yesty arvo. Collected it this morning and it had been broken into. Rear quarter glass smashed and everything turned inside out. Nothing stolen (that I can think of), they just made of mess of things and had a crack jimmy-ing the ignition. Was most likely kids looking for cash. They'd be sorrly disappointed by my car. I got nuthin. I'd actually have preferred they stole it. It's worth a couple of $k to me stolen.

Ah, some German car goodness. And you have 8 months to learn the funny walk and salute! A couple of mates have Touaregs, very impressive.

Is that the 6sp manual, 2.0L turbo diesel?

Having a diesel clatter up your street may give JC enough time for a quick half nudie-run getaway!!!

    Still the '03 Forester.

I just realised, it will be the oldest car that I've ever owned, including when I was a uni student with little income.

Woo hoo! Time for a new hat and 10 below in the right-hand lane.

Still have the 2010 EVO. Will probably pay it out when contract ends in 2 years. $12K for a 4 year old, well maintained car sounds good.

Will look at Audi, BMW or 2 year old Range Rover at that time.

    8 SPEED! F**K ME.

I hope it's an auto, otherwise your left calf muscle will be so much bigger than the right after a while, that you'll be unable to wear shorts!
