It's the theory that he has the same lie angles for all his clubs so he can set up and swing the same.... except for this driver, 3 wood and hybrid!!

I demo'ed them once, and saw where the term 'one length' comes from.

At my slow swing speed, the PW was easy to hit high, long and straight. The 5i went short and low with no carry.

Its a good concept for harder to hit long irons, i will try it one day. But the reverse happens with the shorter irons, they become harder to hit, surely.

I briefly flirted with this a couple of years ago. I found what Dotty did, it was the longer irons that were harder to hit

I have never tried it, but I can see the logic. To me, the concept would work better with 4-7 iron being the same length, 8-G being the same (but shorter than the 4-7) and then the sand and lob wedges being normal.

Yeah. The shorter shafts dont generate enough clubhead speed to get the longer irons up in the air.

Recent new developments in spring face irons and even lower COG have made one length irons work. But most will get one length sets from 5 iron up, so only 5 and 6 are shorter, so really not that much point is there.

I have got a 7.5 degree Krank you can have, but you will need to move to the right side of the ball to use it!

My Lajosi still refuses to be replaced no matter how many I'll advised putter purchases I make. They are just great putters.

Unless you want a shed full of expensive putters you do not use, yet do not want to part with because they are all good putters.

Getting an Odyssey #7 arm lock. Been wanting to give that a go for a while now, as a style of putting it makes a lot of sense (at least to me).

I definitely have have golf equipment buying addition, it's not just putters. There's a line in Paper Tiger (book by Tom Coyne, which is great BTW if you haven't read it) that talks about golf satisfying a basic male need to accumulate stuff that hits the mark for me.
