Yeah it was a good process, not that I have anything to compare it to and was always a bit sceptical of clubfitting as no shaft can fix my swing issues.

It was good trying a bunch of heads and shafts to see what felt and worked best. It’s very much for aftermarket shafts, I don’t think they had the stock line of Titleist shafts. You pay for the privilege and spent more than I had expected but I’m turning 30 and judging by how old my current woods are I’ll get my moneys worth out of them

I had a Titleist fitting at my club, but only tried two heads and two shafts for irons, and that didn't feel like enough for me to be satisfied that I was getting what would be best.

I heard a rumour that Andyp has just bought a set of irons that are actually even older than his Ravens - an early 1980's set of Macgregors.

An Alphard Club Booster V2 & swivel kit so when I play golf I can just walk. And a Club Car Tempo golf cart for when I can’t be f*cked walking.

Let us know how it goes. A couple of guys have them at our club and seem pretty happy so far.

I have used it for a couple of 9 hole rounds and I really like being able to simply walk. I’ve never had a remote control buggy so I have nothing to compare it to, therefore I can’t say if it’s better or worse than the others.

It seems quite nimble with the swivel kit. Regarding battery life - I lost one battery light on one of the rounds, and none on the other.

Price - it cost me $980.00 delivered after using a 10% discount code.

One thing to note, if you wanted to go back to using your clickgear as a push buggy, you won’t have a brake. Part of the conversion/assembly process is cutting the cable and removing the park brake.

It does seem very wide compared to some others out there - I put mine on a clickgear 3.5+. One bloke said it looked like a Sherman tank coming down the 18th fairway. Having said that, it still packs up pretty compactly for transport and only takes a minute or two to assemble/pack up.

Thanks for the reply and info Timbo. I think the advantage of the wide drive wheel setup is it is much more stable and unlikely to tip over easily like the MGI does (and I would assume Motorcaddys, which are similar dimensions).
