Used one of these today. It's a good ball. Very firm off the driver, but feels pretty good when putting. Definitely lower launch, but really penetrating flight. Heaps of spin when chipping, more than my usual balls (z star, tp5x). Didn't do a side-by-side distance comparison.

On the raw finish - it's really durable, the ball was hardly marked after 18 holes. On the other hand, it discolours quickly, which might turn some people off. Picture below is a new ball and the 18 hole old ball.

Sound like the performance is good. I think the discolouration would bother me personally however did you notice it as the round progressed?

Yeah, performance is good. You definitely notice the discolouration during the round - I wasn't too put off by it, but I can see it being a deal breaker for lots of people. The ball is more dull to begin with, so combined with the discolouring might hurt visibility - I played in great conditions today, I'll see how it goes in an early morning round tomorrow. Would I buy it at anything close to MSRP? No. Will I keep using the ones I've got? Jury still out, but so far so good.

My thoughts for myself are shaft is slightly irrelevant, more so the right shaft for that head.

Got a crazy CB80 shaft that was horrible in an M1 then great in an M4? Will try it first in the Flash I think.

I've been considering one of these, but not sure how well the clubs will sit on my clicgear with the woods up the top (near the putter well), given the slanted top seems more designed for cart use. How have you got your clubs arranged in it?
