It’s not the write offs, there is a massive vehicle shortage nationwide at the moment.

That’s a massive part of it. Delay in new car arrivals makes for a delay in trade-ins and used cars coming to market.

People also went on a buying rampage the past 4 months or so since Covid restrictions were lifted.

Used car stock on the major websites was down approx 50% for a good while.
