I bought a box of volvik S3 golf balls and I must say after one round I was very impressed. Great durability considering the trees it hit on Saturday as well.

    Was parallel Grips an option?
Wouldn't the 2 and 4 method create a raised area in the Grip and be uncomfortable?
will be interested to find out how they feel when I get them.

another Vokey SM8; this time in 52/12 F Grind 1 degree flat at the same length and shaft (Project X LZ 5.5) as my Pitching wedge, very keen to get my full shot sorted out with this club at the 50-75 metre mark. I also seem to bump and run better with a longer shafted wedge; standing a bit more upright takes the strain off the back and left leg

old PING Tatum putter (black Scottsdale series, circa 2013). Has the old mid size chord grip that I wish I never parted with on my Anser and a blade that is face balanced, trying something a bit lighter and longer than my Evnroll in a face balanced model

Did I remove that Ping Chord Grip from a putter for you?
I might still have it if it came off clean and was in ok condition? At work now so can't check.

Is that the wedge you were waiting from the Drummond on Course Pro Shop that told you wasn't in stock but when checking with Titleist they had plenty?
If not have you finally got that wedge yet after all the bull crap and lies?

Manager of the pro shop finally stepped in and sorted it out, the 58 was pushed through with a telephone apology from Acushnet, TTG then gave me a mates rate price plus two free lessons, even let me order the 52 at the same price with the fancy shaft at no up charge.

Must say it has definitely put the fire out

Yes that was the one but the seams were pretty twisted last time I saw it

During that time I went through a weird phase with putter grips for some reason. Clutching at straws I reckon.

That's a very good outcome in the end.
The price of good will after some one there dug a huge hole. Is the hole digger still employed there?

Set of Arccos Gen 2 sensors. I'll deal with having to have a phone in my pocket to get some real stats on my game and where the shots are really being lost.

The odyssey arm lock putter I ordered came in, and I used it on the course for the first time today. I see the attraction and like the concept, but I'm going to need some more practice before I use it in a comp round.

There is a new clip that means the phone can stay in the bag.

Six dozen Srixon Q-star Tours for $120, thanks to Amazon Prime and some weird pricing (likely an error) by Srixon.
Price is now $86 for 3 dozen, which is still pretty sharp if you have Prime for free delivery.

have decided to get serious again about the game so needed to buy some gear to highten the motivation. Picked up a set of Bridgestone Tour B X-CB iron heads 4-W to match my 54 and 58 wedges. Set of Steelfiber i95 reg "Black Label" shafts and a Quadra Fire Express driver shaft, all thanks to great members of this forum in one way or another. Now for the House of Chappy to weave his magic and I'm all set.

I found a trap for new players with the Arccos sensors. As much as I bought the gen2 sensors which apparently didn't require an annual subscription, Arccos is smart enough to know that I didn't buy them new. As such I get a 3 month trial period before they require the $100 yearly fee.

I spent a fair bit of time trying to Google an answer before buying but thought I would just have to find out. It's hard to be angry when they're that clever.
