    Wasn't from Richard, though he may have some as well. Reddie Bay Pro Shop has heaps of cobra demo irons, mostly 6i in a bin for $10 each.

    ps. Those shoes won't intimidate in matchplay, as I'd need Xray vision to see them in the long rough.

    The plan is for the suns rays to reflect off my shoes, focussing the heat into the long rough, leading to a quick hazard reduction fire and allowing me a clean swipe at my (now slightly melted, but found) ball!

    Question, why do you want to practise with your non-dominant side?

    I guess that if you find yourself having to do one of those switch hit emergency punch type shots, hitting the odd opposite hand shot occasionally might be worthwhile so you know how to control your swing somewhat.

    A few reasons;

    1) have had to play a few right handed shots recently to get out of positions dead against trees etc, didn't do too badly at it either!

    2) I originally played RH with a back hand grip, so have played this side of the ball before, but a long time ago

    3) figure it can't hurt my body motion to relearn to hit right handed. I fight to get consistent good rotation and I figure practicing turning the other way can't hurt.

    4) because

    I was at the range today and hit a few balls with the Cobra, mixed results. When I hit it sweet I mostly hit a big draw/hook, though I did club a few right down the middle a good distance off an easy swing. Erratic body turn was unsurprisingly the biggest hurdle.
