Purchase was us$272 which worked out to au$302 in xe but was charged an extra $12 through PayPal. I know they have to make money but come on.

The Currency Conversion Spread is about 4c/4% for most players in the market.

Contacted a guy on ebay re getting a complete kit to make home brew ginger beer.
He not only combines all the individual items i need (and helped me with stuff i didnt think about) and creates a buy-it-now listing for me with only $10 shipping!
He then directs me to use the 15% off coupon (all done over the phone) so i saved even more!!!
    Outstanding stuff......

So you found one? Costs summary should be in your Paypal email.

So they'll tell you the postage rate during checkout now? Instead of upfront?

They're losing ground to GCO and Golfbox in the online golf business, that's for sure. They usually haven't got any sizes for gloves or apparel and their shipping costs and slow delivery can't compare to Golfbox. I don't see how they last too much longer.

I tend to agree. I get their "specials" emails, but when you compare the prices to GCO and Golfbox, it seems to be their normal price! And I know there's a thread about it, but the speed of delivery for Golfbox is just incomparable.....

Companies need a point of difference these days, Golfbox's is their shipping speed. Not sure what Squizzys is any more.

Actually my last purchase were some new balls from Golfbox, but I had a round today where I lost half a dozen balls, so it still hurts the wallet haha!
