$100 for a Mizuno MX500 good value?
Came across a Mizuno MX500 today for $100. Always thought these drivers had a pretty good reputation and fairly forgiving.
What's the word out there, Is a $100 a good price for this driver?
I would need to reshaft it as the shaft is like hot licorice.
cheers in advance
simmsy..

They are a .335 tip. I like mine & for $100 I highly recommend you get it.

I bought one off here late last year with an x-flex shaft which didn't suit me so bought one of virge's shafts and got it put in all up the club owes me prob $160. Nice club and doesn't launch too high for me which can be a problem but I am duckhooking everything atm so cant really comment on whether the new shaft has made a difference or not. For $100 your not going to be out of pocket too much spose if u didn't have to put another shaft in it then it would have been a better deal tho.

See if virge has any of the shafts in his for sale thread that wil suit, and at $40 you can't really go wrong.
