    FG,
I sent a PM to Bruce, Kev, Jack, Boonie and Falcon.

Kev is in, Bruce has PM'd back and he is in, Boonie is unavailable due to personal commitments and I haven't heard from Jack or Falcon. So I am going to assume that with Bruce added we have our final field.

I work close to Bruce so if nobody has any issues, he and I might do the draw and post it next week.

    Any objections???

So is the field 12 now?

    12-6-3...

Perhaps a lucky loser to turn that 3 into 4 for the semi finals? Should it be random? or best nett score in a losing match?

There was a time on another forum with a member using a clearly feminine name/avatar. Ends up she... he... shim was a low single marker that drives it 250-300m. I thought flowergirl was another one of such character. So hey... cut me some skir... I mean slack! :P

Somehow the fact that you thought I was a bloke makes all this worse. I hope that was only before you met me. For the record I can't drive 250 meters. Just quit while you're behind mate.

I am getting great mileage on his "skirt" comment.

Give the recent violence you have demonstrated in your posts, I'm taking the word beaten to indicate physical harm here! So that would be a yes on my part - I'm very scared!!

Would it be fair to say the other states get through their matchplay comps quicker because a lot of the matches are organised just between the 2 competitors instead of trying to play it during the ozgolf group days?

From just reading the posts of various other matches i just assumed the parties organised together where and when to play?

Is this not the case, and if not what happens here it's not entirely clear.

In the past we have tried to combine the matchplay games and a get together so we all can meet up. That's probably been a problem and the reason why we haven't completed the 2008 event. Too hard to get a day when we all can play.
It would be great if someone could organise a day and we all can play together.
How do people feel about coming down to Rosebud. I can get us a Sunday tee time - it won't be a comp though - and we can get some of these games played.
How does Sunday the 17th May suit? Mid morning tee time at Rosebud Park. Cheap course - great condition - the best views. We can do a bbq afterwards either at the course or back at my house.
Ok - who can make it? Put your name on the list.

I was hoping for something more along the lines of seeing a few different courses or hosting an opponent or two over the duration?
