Twenty years ago, I remember seeing a WWOS article about a paraplegic, who loved his golf so much that he had a swivel chair arrangement on a golf cart, similar a game-fishing chair. He could still swing a driver, and the ball would go nearly 70m down the fairway.
Why was he a paraplegic? Golf cart accident. (I still look for brown corduroy shorts, when the terrain gets ugly.)
No seat belts. No seat contouring. No airbags. No crumple zones, except for 85kg of flesh and bone getting caught between the rolling cart and the turf.
You don't get me. I'm part of the Union.

Get all over Scott Laycock in the Moonah Classic zigwah he is quoted at $51 at the moment, although that could blow out if one of his playing partners cracks open a can of Jack and is in a buggy.

Holy crap thats pretty ***** up.
I " accidently " put my foot down to hard on the accelerator at full lock when taking off a month ago,,,my missus was in the cart with me,,,It didnt click that she didnt have really anything to hold onto. She came flying out of the cart and did about 6 commando style barrol rolls....It happened so quickly...I felt like the biggest prick
Luckily she didnt get hurt just some bruising. Thats the 4th game of golf she's tagged along too and the second time ive hurt her while there.....Last time I hit her with a golf ball
And she thought golf was a non contact sport

Ziggy's disappeared. Must have had to go bail his brother out of jail, or something of that nature.

Lucky i didn't put any cash on Laycock, nearly did ya know, after someone was saying get on him at 51 bux thought it might be an omen, after i had been bagging him and he'd get up. So i bought a slab of JD cans instead and they won.
