    Smile Gold Coast Golf

    Hi Folks,

Bunch of mates on our annual golf junkett from Sydney in July. We are heading to the gold coast and will be staying in Surfers. Looking for advise on what courses to play, we are looking at playing Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday. I am pretty sure Hope Island will be one looking for the best 3 others to play?

    Appreciate your advice.

Hope Island, Robina, Palm Meadows and Royal Pines are all decent. They're all pretty typical of GC resort style courses, except Robina which is a more undulating and heavily wooded.

The two best courses you can get on (IMHO) are not on the gold coast though, ie. Pacific Harbour & Brookwater.

I've played Royal Pines on my last trip to the Gold Coast, it was OK, typical resort style course. Haven't had the pleasure in playing any others though, so little help.

Didnt we have this same thread last week, and then last month, and last year? I think so, and nobody wants to hear my recomendations again.
