Default What's going on with Vijay?

Just saw this on Fox Sports:
    281 Vijay Singh (FIJ) 68-67-68-78
Sergio Garcia won the first playoff hole against Dudley Hart and Robert Damron for his first win in 2 years.

he's played an awful lot of golf lately. Plus he's won a couple of times ... maybe he needs a rest

he did say that he wasn't physically tired (last week), but was mentally pooped...

even with a 78 on the final day, gotta give him his props man...that would have to be an excellent stretch of golf he's played in the past couple of months...

Top 3 for Vj at the Us Open I reckon!!!

He's probably lost the touch with that 7-wood Annika gave him.

    ernie did all right...
I think the focus went onto Tiger early, and the rest of the fab4 hardly registered a blip over the weekend...

    Ernie finished -8 (T7th)...

What's up with Vijay - well, the bad score was the result of 2 bad holes - a triple on 2 and an "other" on 17 - but as for what caused the two bad holes..... who knows. I saw the shot on 17, bad tee shot, tried to get cute with the wedge from the drop zone - just plain old ugly golf, the type that we have all played!
    Cheers,
