    Typical Simmsy 36 points. One side of the card ALWAYS involves a score of 22 or above.

    Yeah tell me about it mate.

    it was me first round with the new driver and took a few holes to get alignment in order. drained a few bombs including one from about 50ft.

    It was good to get back to this course, the elevation changes are just brilliant.
    17&18 are still bloody hard finishing holes.
    on 18 i hit driver, 3h, 50 mtr wedge. holed the 20ft LtoR putt for par and another skin.

    Sounds like we could leave it 'til the cooler weather/rains start before heading up there for an Ozgolf day.....give the fairways a chance to green up.

    how low a h/c you need to get into these things?

    my dad played there on thursday, said it was brilliant.

    Damn, not going to happen this year!
    Based on my last few rounds, my 12.6 is probably going to be more like 17.6 in the new system.

    At least the betting should be more favourable to my wallet.
