Yep. Played last week.
Course is in good nick, but really when isn't it? Greens weren't normal Joondalup speed, but quick enough and true.
Good fun though.

I've played Joondy 4 times now. Never played it in good nick. Walked off after 9 once and got our money back.
It's great to look at from a distance but rarely in good condition around the greens.

I've heard similar things, but it's been immaculate the two times I've played there previously.

Last I checked it was $69 with cart and range balls. Have only played it on corporate days, haven't managed to get there for a comp yet.

i've only done corporate days too, never individual games. Might have to change that, as I really don't know how i would approach it if it was for my own score/ball

The fairways are wide enough, I'd hit 4 or 5 of em.

Played KB today. I can see why you guys speak so highly of it. What a great golf course. Loved the layout and the course was in great nick. I was surprised at how good the greens were after al of the negative comments on here at them. Yes they could be a I harder but they were a good pace and rolled well. The big issue with them was all of the holes dug in them by the kangaroos.
Pity the golf today was nowhere near the standard of the course.

The first real test was after flying into one of the back bunkers on the par 3 16th. Had a delicate little shot off a crap lie with not much green before or after the pin. Knocked it down to a foot for an easy par. It was only my 2nd sand save in my last 20 odd games.
The third bunker was short right greenside bunker on 18 with the pin back middle. Played a good shot to about 8 feet but missed the putt.
Very happy with the way they came out. With some more practice expecting them to get even better.

Those back bunkers on 16 are my favourites on the course. Such a delicate shot.

I was in the back fairway bunker on 5 on Saturday, Annoying as I middled the drive and never thought I would reach that one.
Such a hard pill to swallow as a good strain drive is penalized essentially a shot.
A lot of people putt out of the back bunkers on 16.
Glad you liked it. The greens are playable, but too soft and hence the Roos love digging at the moisture.

Left.
The right is a huge hit, been in there with a down gale and off the whites.

I was guessing left.
Still a fair knock. 250-260 off the back tee I think.
