Cheapest driving range though $10 per 100 ball bucket compared to $18 at Carramar

Joondalup give you a free game after you use 10 large buckets on the range.

Ahhh bugga. Sorry Bergs forgot to post about it last week.
    Yeah mate looks really good.
The club house actually has a proper facade on it now. Looks like s club of its standing should.

Course was in great nick mate.
    1st time I'd played the new 14th.
I really liked it. What's the vibe with the members?? They like it?

Feedback is reasonably split in terms of the cost and whether it was worth it but I reckon looks great and finishes the place off. Should get some extra revenue through more social events etc..

The 14th green is a lot better now, never used to have any tiers then went to 3 tiers when the green was resurfaced and was crap as limited the pin positions. Have ended up with something half way in between and heaps better. With Graham Marsh as the course designer I weep for the future but luckily are only making minimal changes here and there....

Yep. The new green is more in keeping with the overall course I think. Really liked the approach looking at that green from 100 out.

The balcony area of the clubhouse is excellent. It should most definitely be able to attract more functions with the views you guys have there. Great outdoor area.

All clubs struggle when spending capital, usually the old ****s that have no future, see no future. Just had the agm at MGGC, the old buggas views there astound me. Hope it goes well for the club. Love that course. Always beats me up but getting closer to shooting a score there.

Did they only change the green on 14?

That green was always pretty shit. Good move by the club.

That was already the "newest" hole on the course anyway, wasn't it??? I remembered when they changed the old green and had the temp down on the right near thetrees. The green they constructed split the members back then too. It was an improvement when they changed it.

Now it seems that they've gone and done it again.

But I'm with simmsy on this one, I love playing WAGC. And it is always in good nick. I wish I had joined there instead of Mt Lawley, as I had an interview with them (and was accepted), but went to ML instead

It did look good on approach. Pity I missed it left.

Although, that did give me the opportunity to shank my 56* wedge onto the green.

U should probably tell Bergsey about your 3rd, 4th & 5th shot near the tee block on 8 hitting to 7th green.
