BB King, very sad, had an awesome day in Beale St when BB came in and jammed for maybe 3 hours, impromptu, was incredible, long live the blues

BB King was perhaps the musician who did more to make The Blues popular than any other person, and he deserves all the accolades he will receive in the obituaries that will appear in the media over the next few days. A great musician, and, it would appear, a great man as well.

I saw him at the Hordern Pav in the early 90's. Still one of the best concerts I've ever seen.

    Bonecrusher.

Euthanised at the ripe old age of 32, after suffering from a pretty nasty hoof disease.

Couldn't be bothered trying to post a link of 'the race of the century' from my phone, but it's one of the first races i ever remember watching as a little fella (other than getting dragged to the trots 3 times a week with my uncle!!)

    Absolute legend.

I had Ric Flair in the original pool, should have taken The American Dream, much fatter.
