At the end of the day, it is quirky. Forcing an approach that is all carry. Nothing wrong with that, but some people will hate it.

how did you boys go on 5 and 6?

good work aldo, can't wait to play you at kennedy.

or would you prefer a neutral venue.

warn rebjon, next week he is getting the tiger experience.

I joined your group and tiger called me right after that...

there is no way he can repeat yesterday's performance with the mental case in the group.

reb got second, as well as $30 for best back nine. should get $70 or so on the day!

    par-bogey I think.

    Neutral venue please!

Rebjon cleaned up, I told him that he would get best back 9 at the very least. And believe it or not, he is keen to see the FIGJAMilton show.

Don't go getting grumpy bum to back you up, it counts for nothing.

I do not consider KB neutral, but I will play there to shut you and your big mouth up, bitch.

Pfffft. We've already established you are frightened of the Newfie, no need to resort to personal insults of innocent third parties.

    Adlo,

I gave this some thought, and I reckon you're best off - if a course you know way better than he does isn't an option - playing at Kennedy.

If there was an area of the game you were superior at, it would make sense to play on a course that exploited that strength, but with the difference in handicaps between you and JC, I don't reckon it's likely there is one.

At least at Kennedy you know the course well and can play to a plan on - and with JC's last two matches there going to extra holes, he's far from a cert, isn't he?

Scottt, JC is a good match play player. I need to play very well to beat him, esp. at KB.

Parklands golf gives me a slight advantage, in that my strength over JC is finding fairways. Granted, my driver doesn't fly much further than his 4 iron, but it is my slight advantage nonetheless.

Match play is a different kettle of fish. The driver hardly leaves the bag. Granted, my last two matches went to 19 and 20 holes, but I also shot 75 and 76. Can't play much better on a course rating 74.

And you are correct, I am far from a cert on Kennedy. I forgot about another two matches I have had there. Correct record in match play comps is 16-3-1 including Simmsy and also when I had to give Shank Merkel 4 shots. (I had honestly forgot about that for 3 years until I was forced to remember who else I lost to). Now I am bitter....

Scottt, help Aldo out, you need to fins a course that favours a guy that likes to hit hybrids.

Funnily enough the hybrid only came out twice today if i'm not wrong, Adlo.......I was expecting it to make an appearance on most holes the way you guys were carrying on about it

Not Kwinana then. Hit it twice. Once on the par 3 16th and another time out of the crap on the 15th.
