    Cool 2009 NQ Matchplay

    As per this post...

    1. Courty

    4. Mike
    5. BrettM
    6. Julie
    7. Russell
    8. Cookie
    9. Solarman

Scoring is 20 points for a win, 10 for a squared match, with a point per margin (eg 2&1 is 3 points, 5&3 8 points).

    Semi-final :-

Game 1: Ned Kelly vs. Russell
    Game 2: Courty vs. Solarman

    Final :-
Ned Kelly vs. Courty (03/01/10 AM - Mossman)

Hmmm, home and away series. Could that work with 6 players?

Not yet... a home & away series sounds good, though.

    Yeah I'll play.

As opposed to a home 'n' away series, why not just have a round-robin. Everybody plays everybody once at a neutral venue. The ACT scoring system looks good.

I was just thinking about that exact thing last night. As long as everybody agrees and can commit to enough games, then I'm all for it.

Are you playing mens matchplay when it is straight off the stick, or are you lot going to give me lots of shots per hole.

Hmm, watch out for s7535.... (I forget the rest of the numbers.) I reckon he has got a burglars handicap.

It's off handicap, Julie. Using the men's match index I would assume. You'd even get to play off the reds. Although when I play you we should both play off the same tee cos you're a foot taller than me.

If I've got a Burglars handicap then your Husband is the biggest thief going!!!!!!!!!

I don't know anyone (including myself) who has consistently shot some of his low nett 60's scores and still be on the handicap he is.

    Correct.
Yes you are right about height Mike, you need a double soap box just to be able to tee it up on the 1st!!!!!

I'm taller than Jarro. That's all that matters.
