Count me in for the 4th spot. Never played Camden so maybe it will see an improvement in my game

    ok, change of plans.

I rang Studley with the details and got someone different on the blower. The comp on Sunday is mixed, not medley, so unless 2 guys want to chuck on a dress..... so I cancelled us out ! I've heard the greens are good but the fairways are crap, so $33 could have been a stretch anyway !

I have now booked us for 12.06 at Penrith. Let me know if this is OK, the booking has been made for the 4 names so if anyone can't play at Penrith drop me a line.

Gruntus, can you change the thread title again please mate

I can say, with absolute honesty, that I have never worn a dress, even on a mad Monday. Therefore, the change of location to Penrith is fine by me.

    See you there.

Be wary on Sunday, I have heard talk of a possibly demented individual at Penrith...

He apparently goes around sniffing other peoples putter grips

Best of luck to the two of you. I am pretty confident I can out on a good show against either of you. So may the best Ozgolfer win and go on to meet me in the NSW Final.

No Jarro, Jim never goes 5 up, he just beats you by one or two holes. You could shoot 42 points & he would beat 2&1. You could shoot 24 points & he'd still beat you by 2&1.

He’s a gentleman. He beats you, but doesn’t embarrass you.

We thought Grunt may have been tearing down the walls trying to find out the result, so we decided to wait a bit.

    The result: Jimandr defeated 3oneday 5 & 3.

Once again I took advantage of my talent of somehow causing my opponent to play badly. I played reasonably well, and I hit a few good shots at the right time, but it was mainly a case of avoiding really bad holes and giving away gifts. Pete gave me quite a few gift holes.

After our first two holes it looked like being a very high quality match. Pete won the first with a birdie to my par, and I won the second with a birdie to his par. But the third told the real story. The easiest hole on the course, and I won it with bogey.

As for the game scores: Jimandr 34, 3oneday 'about 32', Scottt 23, Pinglauncher about the same.

Thanks to all for the game. We thought it was going to be slow, following some women players, but we struggled to keep up, possibly due to the amount of talking between us. The group behind didn't enjoy it so much, as they hit up on us twice.

    Yeah, another enjoyable ozgolf day.

Pity I swung it like a spastic until the 13th.
