They will sort it Daves. I had some stuff go missing on my last order (a couple of gloves) - turned out they shipped it to the wrong address, my old home address, where I haven't lived for 4 months.
One email and they sent another 2 gloves, upgraded, no questions asked. Greg is very responsive.
Have used them for gloves and they have delivered as promised. I am also amazed they are able to offer free shipping while still having often the most competitive online pricing on several items.
My last order was sent express post and took two days. Was surprised as all previous orders were sent AAE and arrived next day. No big deal.
Hi, long time reader, first time poster, just thought i should share my experience with you guys, here goes.
In early November my wife asked me what i would like for xmas, i replied in jest "new clubs dear", i was shocked when she replied"ok" , i then set about scouting online golf shops for a good new set of irons (have only previously had second hand)
I decided on a set of Ping G20s, i decided to order from Golfsmith ,as i had read good reviews about them, i placed my order for a set of left handed G20s (3 to PW) and matching wedges, GW,SW and LW, i quickly got a reply stating order was being processed.
The following day i received mail saying that 2 wedges had been posted, with another wedge being posted the following day and the set of irons in 6 days (direct from Ping), no worries, they are for xmas after all.
Well , the following morning i got an email stating that the order for the irons was cancelled as Ping no longer manufacture them, straight away i emailed them stating that the whole order should be cancelled then, they replied the following day saying they had cancelled it, but unfortunately, as 2 wedges had already been sent, i would have to wait until they were returned before i could get a refund.
then the next day i got another email saying that the third wedge had now been posted, i checked my banking online, and lo and behold, the money for the wedge was taken from my card the night before, i immediately emailed them stating my obvious dissatisfaction with the whole fiasco, stating that no clubs should have been sent until they had confirmation that the whole order could be filled.
Fast forward 4 weeks,i am still waiting for a refund of over $130 for the first 2 wedges they sent, i have been reimbursed for the other wedge , but not the first 2, i have sent numerous emails asking for my money, only to be fobbed with various excuses, now they do not even respond to my emails, what are my chances of getting my money back?
sorry about the long post
Probably one for your credit card company to assist with. Seems a very strange situation.
Australia’s best online golf stores: The 2014 list
I have added it to the OP as well.
PowerGolf has some thoroughly uninspiring prices, don't know why they are (loosely) top of the list.
Golfsetaus. $379.99 for Titleist 714 AP2's?
Who wants to be the guinea pig too see if they are the real ones?
No need for a guinea pig, they'll be 100% fake.
Fergo has opened up a new online shop....
