You just need to look at the unrealistic prices they're offering to know that it's dangerous sending your money to them. Anyone can put those satisfaction guaranteed pics on their site and make it look like they can be trusted.

Any one used these guys before?

    http://www.wowgolfclubs.com

my Uncle is after a new set and is looking at a set of G10's for under US$300. They are offering free delivery internationally. Site looks ok to me but just wondering of any horror stories.

Site gives all the signs of STAY AWAY.

Contact Us > nothing but an email address. NO phone, no location

About Us > says nothing about background, location, etc.

They take payments from Western Union >Very bad sign

They ship to indonesia. > nobody ships to indonesia

Inventory > way too many big name brands and models for a seller of unknown quality and location.

Price > too good to be true

obviously not close enough. I did look though

Its an unlisted number, in Oregon. Though that doesnt prove much, i can get a number in the USA and route it to my home with VOIP for a few bucks a month.

What do you notice about his website? Same phone number too
    http://www.mysurbuy.com

google suggests there are more. Oh look so does Dazza.

Common tactic by scammers, register many different websites

I stand by my first observations. Tell your uncle to set fire to his $300. he will get far more satisfaction losing the money himself.

Further investigation has meant i have informed him to look elsewhere, Thanks for your input MTB too.

He needs a new set badly, he is struggling with a set of 20 yo set of macgregor blades.

Grunt, send him to www.golfworks.com he can get complete sets for $200 plus shipping.
Then send him to Virge for fitting and assembly, he will do it for almost nothing, its not as if he doesnt have a heap of spare time right now.

Sure there are plenty of other options - its not hard to get a a good set of irons, that would suit him for about $400 to $500. Trying to get big name brands on the cheap can only bring disaster.

Can anyone advise of their experiences with golfjoy.com?

They sound dodgey, but they are a pretty large setup in Nevada (well that's what their site says).

There's nothing in the OP about them.

You tried it in the middle of a website changeover. It was only down for less than a day. Try again now.
