For all the years I played basketball & volleyball, I stuck to Nike. Despite whatever you may think about their plotting for global domination (or whatever), they were by far the best quality shoes I had for fit & longevity. Nothing else I tried seemed to last anywhere near as long or as well.

If I were to buy a new pair for b'ball now, I would either get a pair of KD's or 2013 Hyperfuse Low's.

Maybe start a thread and show what you were thinking (ie links). I'm sure someone on here would have bought or know something about them.

Thanks Daves ... with my move to the Czech Republic in Feb I missed a lot of stuff going on. It is a real pity as he seemed like a good guy.

For those pondering a group buy, Global Golf are offering free shipping to Australia for orders over $800 until the first week of March 2015.

Might have to get in quick though before the dollar slides under 80 US cents.

Any order over US$800 is going to go close to getting stung with GST and duty, which might negate the free shipping.

Ecco's are seriously comfy for the bigger or flatter foot IMO. Pretty well made too.
