    Default help playing into the wind?

    hi guys, playing today and the forcast is 25 knot winds
    is there some things i can do to keep scores down as
    the ball never goes long enough for me on these days?
    any help will be appreciated .

    Play your irons back a little in your stance, take at least 1 more club than you think you need and don't swing hard ... try and swing nice and smooth.

    Tried that today Jarro, did not work I seemed to hit it higher.

    that would be because playing it back in your stance you got more backspin and that made the ball climb the wind more.

    At your level the only thing you should be trying is taking heaps more club and avoid trying to hit too hard to compensate. concentrate on rhythm instead

    yeah was going one club longer, sometimes was ever 2 clubs longer.
