Hi All,
I have just been informed that our course will be closing in the near future. It has been in administration for the past week and a bit and things are progressing rapidly.
There are not really any assets for the administrators to work with as everything is pretty well hire-purchase. I don't have all the details yet, but if you would like to invest in a top notch golf club, I can point you in the right direction.
There is a shortfall of about $50,000 per month that will need to be met until a new buyer is found.
If we get rid of numerous staff, we can bring that down greatly!
Could also reduce debt by opening this pro shop to all members at my club.
Second item for sale: One pennant player. Could be looking for a new club in the very near future. Great attitude and even better match play record! Will definately stay around and drink with the team, win or lose. Serious enquiries only!
