2008 Australian Open

Golf Australia has announced that the 2008 Australian Open will be played at Royal Sydney Golf Club commencing 11 December. Defending champion Craig Parry has commited to defending his title and, Geoff Ogilvy has also commited to playing the Open. Golf Australia have said that the 2009 Open would be played in Sydney but the venue has not been decided.

In this months Golf Australia mag the CEO of Golf Australia announced it would be held at NSW in 2009.
