Cheers for the games guys. The golf was pretty ordinary, and I think I hit more houses than greens in reg, so was always going to struggle from the first tee.

I've added the scores in the first post, and kpac picked up the cash in third place. Gotta love that don't ya nuttedit.

As for Windaroo, it's in terrible condition for no reason other than they obviously don't give a f**k. I won't be rushing back there in a hurry.

I started with a 9 and thought i shoun't have bothered coming, thankfully things got a little better and i hit some decent shorts in the middle, finishing double/double/double... :roll: but it was an interesting matchplay to watch and good fun golf albeit rubbish conditions. What's the main beef with Windy at the moment ? Bunkers have been crap for ages but the rest of the course was in pretty good shape last time i played there :-s Are the greens crappy too now ?

It's a real shame if they're letting it go to the doghouse ... the layout is pretty interesting/enjoyable in my opinion.

It's a really interesting layout. But it is back to the shit nick it was in 10 years ago. I'll give it a miss for a while I think. Carbrook and Riverlakes are better options in that vicinity now.

Snake Gully is a fun hole. I hit driver, 3 wood to be on the back fringe and walked off with a nice double.

Windaroo's bunker have been awful for a long time now. But that's the worst I've seen the greens.

That drive of poidda's down 18 was HUGE. I was 10 short of the LD marker and felt like I'd got all of it. Poidda flew it by 20. He's an ape.
