Clearing the last of the garage stored golf clubs. I have a 7.5/10 condition set of Nike Pro Combos - with usual amounts of bag chatter and dents - very soft head!! Face are clean - no brown spots or chrome loss!!

I am looking at a quick sale of $500.

This set was reshafted with true temper s300 (bloodt nike speed shaft is crap IMHO) and Lamkin grips.

Great set if you want to take the next step up and dont wanna blow close to a grand on a decent set.

Rich, dunno which range you go the most but try not to hit them off the mat to often as it will change the loft (becoming higher and higher)

Our clubfitter up here said if you play off of mats to check your lofts about every year, even cast. They're not gonna move much tho, not enough for me to notice anyway.

Honeslty, clipping one off the matts couldn't be any worse than taking those huge divots jaster digs every time he hits the ground. I mean, there has to be some force in that when the club hits the ground.

I was really happy with how they went on the course Dion :D
When you flush one they come of the clubface so soft, I felt like I had been using them for years 8)

Shot 86 with 4 doubles, 1 triple, 5 bogeys and 8 pars
Hit it well most of the day apart from around 50-70M out where I was hopeless :(
But overall I am very happy with my purchase :smt023

Yep I will be looking for a rescue 16* to fill the gap. Might have to hold off for awhile though, with Xmas coming up and all
Until then I will stick with my 3 Iron of the tee on the shorter tighter holes
