So are people happy with a late morning/middayish game, I'll send the request through to the Assistant manager now so that we get first dibs.

V205, sorry mate no 150 or 100 markers, we do however have the distances to the front of the green from nearly every sprinkler on every hole. I hope that will help.

If anyone has any queries about the venue, how to get there, etc let me know.

Price will be approx $50. Carts can be booked but will need to be in advance. So let me know if any of you are soft and require a cart and I will book one for you.;)

FG is a tops and a joy to play with, this will actually be the second time we have faced off, last time we drew the match and were unable to go down the 19th for a reason I can't remember.

Course is in great condition at the moment, I'm sure you will all enjoy yourselves.

Is it true that for handicapping purpose.. a blow up hole is never treated as more than a double bogey?

ie. someone can't manipulate their h'cap by shooting par for the first 17 holes and posted a 20 over on the last hole to be 20 over. Their round would be considered as 2 over instead for h'capping purpose?

I shot 94 at waterford valley few weeks ago. Shot 91 at Waverley Golf Club last week. So my suggested handicap of 18-20 is pretty fair. Don't know how tough Southern is though. Are we playing off the blues?????

But if I was playing against FG, I'll play off 17. Can't let a skirt give me strokes. :oops:

Thanks to Chappy for hosting the day. It was the first time on that course for me and it was in exellent condition. A nice long course (6.2km) that is not overly punishing.

Kev was hitting them a long way but I was a little bit more consistant on
the day to win the match 4/2. Had a 1-on and 4-putt on a Par3 and then more erratic putting... but 3 out of 3 good fairway wood hits which I'm happy about.

Chappy (close game with Flowergirl), Johnny and Swanny are also through to the next round.

It was nice meeting all of you.
