My 7 iron has some serious wear marks, as it is the club I practise with most....now I know some of you would use this as a good excuse to upgrade, but I was wondering if there is a way to get a club refinished.

I can clean it up so the rust disappears and it looks ok, but in a couple of weeks I am back where I started.

BTW, it is an MP-30, so if anyone knows how to get a MP-30 7 iron let me know, Mizuno no longer have any in stock, and I don't really want to buy a whole set...

The other side of it is you just leave it, and impress people with you noice impact zone on your iron! My impact zone would look like a big rectangle across most of the club :(

The only places you can get clubs refinished are in the US from what I understand. The US forums all talk about the Iron Factory being the place. The Mizuno USA website has a list of recommended refinishing houses.

I got some Mizuno's rechromed a few years ago. Send a PM to addamsmith as he organised mine for me.

Here we go. Cheap shipping and matching shaft :)

I was going to suggest that, but didn't think that an individual listing for a 7 iron was likely.

get a club SS head made up same swingweight, flex and MOI, and practice with that instead.

Have got a practice club sorted now...got a 6 iron. But I want to get a 7 iron to replace the worn one in my game set...not a big issue, just looking at options.
