I'm suss'n out buying myself a new graphite friendly golf bag for Christmas. I've narrowed it down to these two:

- Eagles and Birdies "Turnberry", (conventional 14 compartments) and
- Bennington Quiet Organizer (top has slots that the clubhead sits in)

Both are about the same cost of $220. Has anyone any experience or comments about either of these bags?

I had an Eagles and Birdies bag - black. It was good but I did find that it faded quickly. But then a lot of bags do - especially the black ones. Good luck with your purchase.:smt023

Are "grip lok" considered graphite friendly?

Friend gave me a Bennington Quiet Organizer. Used it for about 3 weeks, but I prefer a bag with normal divider.

I've not tried the ones you mention, but the Ogio bags seem to have a good design for keeping clubs separated.

I've had a few different brands of bags and my current ping (Hoofer lite) is the best in terms of quality. Still black after about 2 years.

The others (Ram, Daiwa, Nike have all fallen apart).

From what I've read, can't go wrong with Ogio's too.
