Watching it now and can't beleive how many guys are using long/belly putters.

They are all great players tee to green.

Dont have the time nor the patience to groove a stroke with one of those silly looking sticks.

Check out the score card of this guy (Miguel Angel Carballo (http://www.pgatour.com/players/02/80/93/scorecards/2007/r088.html))

Also miss out by 1 shot

I reckon he should jump in the ficken lake head first.

Congrats to Brett Rumford, real nice bloke. Met him last year at the Aus Open. Spoke with him after his 2nd round at Royal Sydney. Looks like he has done well for himself, he did the apprenticeship in Europe and now he has graduated to the US. Hope he does well.
Heard Jack Newton at the Masters say that in his opinion that all the Aussies should do it this way.

Norman & Allenby started on the European Tour and , I think Scott also did for a short time although not 100% sure about him. There are a few others that I am unsure about. Did Lonard kick start his career in Europe?

There was plenty of talk that badds should have started on the euro tour rather than trying straight up in america, but in the end it worked for him.

I think scott played like 3 years on the euro tour.
