Well I assume everyone on this golf geek forum will know all of above. But I just think its not a bad read.

btw, some toolish TM rep tried to convince me that higher the loft on driver the less back spin it has :smt021

Last point is a good one!

Maybe the rep got sidespin and backspin confused.

Was hitting driver too high... thats is... if I hit it straight.

Not a big fan of SMT really, so I want to try something like a 8.5.

He insist that I need a 10.5 because I am putting too much back spin with a 9.5 driver... what the....

Anyway, the 180 meters lob shot looks good with a 10.5 driver.

Hence the reason you should never listen to salesmen when choosing golf clubs..
