View Full Version : Round 1 Draw

Tee times are approximate, as I think Kooralbyn work on 10 minute groupings. We will just roll the groups through. Everyone goes of the First Tee. It would be good if everyone can get there for 11.

Day 2 is a Seeded Draw based on the results of Day 1. Visitors who are not eligable are likely to be grouped together at the start of the field, unless someone can come up with another suggestion.

Good job PeteyD :smt023

1 1/2 hours of taking pics, should be able to rattle off 1000 or so in that time.

Let me see,2 seconds/swing=20 x 4 player/group=80 x 10 groups= 800. Yep bout 1000 would be right with the range/putting session and mingling, look out the paparazzi is at the Champs 8)

Terry.

What have you got against Just?

If you and blake are all square heading up 18 I'd be having a serious look ay my result on that hole.

Are you suggesting that hole can be won with a 7?

PeteyD

It is not that hard. Just remember to play right over the gully on 6.

Distance of bunkers from tees? Any dog legs that you can take on? No course is "that hard", but a little guidance is always handy. Hopefully they sell a course guide!

FFS back in the old days they just sent you out and said...play it lad.
Now you want all this fancy schmancy stuff to tell you how far stuff is...shame...shame..

FFS. We're not all over the hill. ;)

Back in the old days players used to get laugh at playing 5-wood bunts all day long and now, well ........ yeah they still get laughed at.

there is a thread entitled, how do you play the *th hole. All of the doglegs can be taken on.

PeteyD
12th November 2007, 06:53 PM
Except for the water on 18 and the gully to the right of 5 you can see all trouble. 9 requires faith but the fairway is straight out there. The course is not subtle or sneaky.

Are there distance markers on the course?

Yep, when your standing on the tee look around, there will be little signs nearby

Day 2 is a Seeded Draw based on the results of Day 1. Visitors who are not eligable are likely to be grouped together at the start of the field, unless someone can come up with another suggestion.

Any reason why the visitors just aren't seeded? There's not many of them right? Considering 69ers cash pool is probably the best prize of the weekend and the visitors can play for this. After Golf Link proof of course. :)

PeteyD
13th November 2007, 07:13 PM
No golflinks for any of them at the moment.
