I don't know anything about personal trainers, but I'm curious as to whether you are looking to lose weight, or build muscle. I don't really consider you to be carrying a lot of pud.

I think you'll find what you need in the adult services part of the paper...

If you want someone to come to your house on a regular basis and yell at you that you're not working hard enough, then you probably should get married. ;-) ;-) ;-)

Not from personal experience mind you.

So you want to get fit, but you're too lazy to go to the gym?

You don;t need a personal trainer for intensive workouts. Find a decent hill, run up it and jog down it as many times as you can. do this each day.

Andy just make sure you book her to only come around on days when the missus is out. Some of the excercises where the trainer assists can be easily misinterpreted by a wife on PMS, PND, or any other agressive ant-imale disorder.
