Are there any open comps in Brisbane?My rostered days off come up on Mondays now, and unfortunately there isn't much in the way of open days. Keperra is the only Bris option (from memory) and it's not too cheap.

Carbrook normally has an open comp on a Monday along with the social players. Cost is $10 for comp and greens fees. This Monday the 29th there is a group booking of 60ppl but and it is busy either side but they can get a group of 4 on about 11ish.

Ring the shop if your interested on 3287 6440.

It is not a real comp, as aobut 15 members play in it. 12:16 was the earliest so that would rule Iain out. Looks like we will have to play a social round somewhere. Suggestions?

Only comp so far is Burleigh. Carbrook has a half assed comp but couldn't get us on until after 12 anyway as they have Ipswich vets visiting. Does surfers have a comp on? Or Windaroo?

According to the Website green fees are $60 and comp fee is $8. I don't feel like paying that, but I will verify the cost when I call.

Seems everyone has gone cold on Burleigh. I don't think there are any other comps around, unless we can tag into a vets comp somewhere. Lookiong at the Keperra web site - http://www.keperragolf.com.au/opencomps.htm
