I've raised this briefly before - but my mate in question is has contacted the manufacturer of this motor buggy to get some information off them re:importing to aus. What a fantastic buggy. However he's now trying to figure out whether to persue this idea - i try and advance his seated swing...

Importing the stuff is the costly part - the company has a world wide patent so they say which has so far flawed his idea of getting something similar made local. The "goffer" buggy itself is 2k which is not over the top when it comes to disabled motorised units..
