First career ace

Very excited today , played Nudgee North today and got my first hole in one on the 14th . Pin was cut very short just over the front traps and i hit my new 52* bridgestone west coast wedge . (bought off perci last month),one hop and in. Its taken 21 years of playing and now I can die happy. My 40 points just topped off one hell of a day .

i was a little disappointed when i got my first because i skulled a 6 iron and made the comment that it was over the back before it hit the pin and went in. it was nice, but not satisfying. (was on a 14th hole also!)

Join the club big fella. Mine was a 9 iron slam dunk -half a ball divot on the side of the cup -still can't believe it went in. 5 or 7 years later i have come close a few times (and holed 4 or 5 from the fairway) but not bagged another.
