Did any of you catch this tonight. mother nature continues to astound me. Not the first I have seen, hopefully not the last. Took the girls out to see it and they were "like wow" . So much to see, so little time. Yeah I know it's the hippie comin out in me but " like wow".

We took the kids out in the backyard to see the moon turn red.

Took a fair bit of explain how and why this was happening, but eventually the kids got the message through to me :oops:

We showed it to Tayla and she got scared by it. Had to convince her it was better so she would go to bed. She thought the moon was bleeding.
