Short notice for this one, but there was always a game on the cards for Sunday, as discussed in the Queen's Birthday/Mt Coolum thread, it was just a matter of where.

Rusty and I have booked in for 11:52a at Beerwah tomorrow. I think a few of you were already playing Nudgee, but if anyone else wants in, just ring the club and put yourself in our group. There's two spots at this stage.

1. Rusty 79 nett 64
2. AndyP 85 nett 74

If Rusty was playing Nudgee Plate next week, he'd probably clean up. He did today, and it would be a surprise if he didn't win the comp.

1. Rusty 79 nett 64 (first sub-80 round I think)
2. AndyP 85 nett 74

FWIW Rusty's mum had a bad back nine and had 107 nett 83. I'm sure she was too excited by her son's form to worry about her own game. ;)

That's a strange assumption considering our relative scores at Mt Coolum. ;)
He won 5 & 4, but I put all my dribble in the matchplay thread.

thanks for the game AP. glad my mum did the trick  . was so happy to break 80 again - fantastic! even with 3 doubles. Nambour, now that would've been a different story...

ccr was a low 67 (par 72, acr 70). down to 14.0. thought i'd come down more :(

Well, that makes my score look crap. :(

Congrats on the comp win, as I expected.

Thanks for the round and the pumpkins.

I thought CCR could only be 1 point below acr?

me too Pete. they had 1 card prefered lie "thru the green". so maybe that's included in the exceptions (i thought it was just "tee up thru the green") where CCR can be up to 4 shots lower than ACR.

[edit: yeah agu site, ccr calculation info sheet, just has "tee up thru the green" and not "prefered lie thru the green" http://www.agu.org.au/site/_content/document/00005784-source.pdf page 2 in bold. ah well. i think Beerwah had prefered lie because course was still a little bit wet in places, and they're trying to maintain good course condition for a major comp soon.]
