What is the going rate on this putter? Looking to get one under $200 but depending on condition, and i'd prefer good nic....
has anyone got one that they're happy to offload? have been on the lookout for a while but haven't come across any. If you've got one let me know.

If you're lucky you'll nab one at $200 in very good nick, but more $250 plus is the going rate.
Mate had a studio style newport 2 and 2.5 for sale, $200 each. The 2 is gone and the 2.5 is a bee's dick away from being in my bag.
Good luck with your search!

there was a stack of them cheap on 3balls the other week, but they were ex-hire set putters, so probably dinged up.
Good luck in your search. I was lucky to pick one up off nudgee last year and don't regret the $200+ ask at all.

Why this model Kent ? Have you tried one ? Do you know what length/weight you'd prefer ?
I have the 350gram 33" model and it's fantastic, best putter i've ever had :)

yeah i've seen that one, dinged pretty hard though, and if it was for me i'd take it mate, but it's for my brother, and he's after a slightly better condition.
Jarro: He's had this exact one in his bag for 6 months, but the rightfull owner has requested it back, thus looking for the same as a replacement :)
Gaz: cheers mate i'll keep an eye on them.

kpac,
word of warning - stay well clear of those ones on 3balls. You think mine is dinged up - those things will be terrible.
Anything other than fine condition for putters on 3balls is a risky business, good condition is just asking for trouble.
They're very clear with their definitions of each condition level.

add to this list the search for an iron set of Cleveland CG4's (or similar) Anyone knows of someone looking to offload CG4 let me know.
It's a long shot, but i'm better of asking on the forum before letting him buy them in the shop!

The beauty of a dinged up scotty is that you don't feel you have to baby it like a new one. I almost treat mine like a regular putter :)
