As I'm guessing you all know we've been pm spammed by Abministrator. I don't seem to be able to broadly delete the pm for everyone so unfortunately you'll have to do it yourselves.

Obviously they've been banned. But hopefully this isn't a new trend about to hit.

Damn, I was going to change my username to this after I finished my exercise program and had buffed up.
Yes, I should have banned my mate, Abministrator, before he posted, but you can never be sure.

The user has been deleted, and email address blocked. Usernames will no longer be able to use ministratorin their name (admin was already banned).

I'm not sure how many have been affected (I was), but we definitely can't bulk delete the PM, as we can't access your inboxes.

The safeguards in place to try to prevent this from happening include time limit between PMs, and a limit on the number that can be cc'd. They must have worked around it or were very patient. :roll:

I wasn't aware of this.
Thought it must have been something they try to sell on TV at 4am.

we definitely can't bulk delete the PM, as we can't access your inboxes.

That is good to know, I was worried I would have to be relocated within the witness protection program again.

Did one of the Admins decide to reset my password (the same one that I have had since January)? Or is this some kind of automated change?

And now the banner at the top is gone, and the ozgolf.net link at the top is gone (where it listed threads in order of last post).

Or is this some kind of automated change?I reset 9 user's passwords, but I don't know who as the system didn't identify them. If you were one of the 9, the reason which was for security purposes, has been sent in a system email.


And now the banner at the top is gone, and the ozgolf.net link at the top is gone (where it listed threads in order of last post).Reading the Forum Upgrade thread in this Announcements forum should tell you why. Use the New Posts button instead of the portal for the listed threads.

Don't reply to spam. Your post is only going to get deleted anyway. It would be much more helpful if you reported it.

Are you sure? The permissions say that you can ban users. Why not test it on Fishman Dan or sms?
