I definitely reckon you'd get a good turnout for a day there if planned a few weeks out (say.... 23/5 30/5 6/5 13/6 etc etc... :wink: ). Awesome golf course!

thanks to the boys for coming out for a hit.

It was great to have Andlo at Indro and to see himm play 18 holes with a smile on hiis face the whole time.

It was a very cold rusty start by everyone.

For myself I use my 5 hcp up inn the first 7 holes after a double on 7.

But for me I was able to turn my day around,the other guys didn't have as muchh luck,although did play in patches of brillance.

As for my turn around,the next 11 holes I shot 4 under with 5 birdies and 1 bogey.Having 4 birds on the back nine for 3 under that nine.

I'll let the others fess up to their scores,but remember guys I have the score card.

The SMT Nemesis is a great club. The feeling is so sweet when it off the face!!

Don't mean to threadjack, but as an aside, I had a great day with golfer69 and marktheblake at the Emerald course.




Just got back from the beach with the family...it this one of the most magnificent days or what ?
Heading off for a hit at Emmy with jono and blakey at 3:00. With weather like this it wouldn't even matter if I played crappy golf..

Well you and mark played well. Slow start from mark putting two balls in the water on the first, but as is the case with most low markers, he came back well and scored 2 over par off the stick. 7 over par for golfer69. (Both had 38 points) I had a shocker with the golf ball but it was still fun. Night golf was something to remember. Should have taken Blakey's advice about "ball warmers" ... :D

Robin, Mark and I stayed till stumps (10 pm) having beer and listening to Rob tell us about his golf designing experiences overseas. I found out he knows more about my country of birth than me! :oops:

Anyway, I'm going to visit the range later today. After yesterday, I'll need to work on a few things at the range before the Woodford proam tomorrow. Ummm ... this is really turning out to be a threadjack ... Sorry. Didn't mean to write this much. :oops: If I was at home on my computer, I'd move this to a new thread, but I'm at an internet cafe in Gold Coast and my time is about to run out. :D
