He he, I got in trouble for posting the message but I figured he needed to feel like it was his birthday for a change! ;-)

Terry, no waiting on him hand and foot since he has been at work all day but I have just finished baking him his favourite dutch apple tart and am also making his fave home cooked dinner, Marinated Lamb Cutlets!

Poor guy has had a bad day and I doubt it is feeling much like his birthday today! :-(

Oh well when he gets home he can play with his new remote programming all the extra bits in etc etc and he can be his usually boring self and read the manual! LOL

Thanks for all the wishes guys (and gals). Sorry it's takenso long to reply to them. Been a strange few days so far.

Birthday was interesting to say the least. Most of the day was forgetful.

Started at work with one of the guys going home sick in the middle of a rush job, shortly after followed by a visit from the workplace health and safety inspector. No fines (thank god, that would break me) but a couple of little things to work on. Most of it was pretty minor actually. Upholsterers are reputed for having the worst workplace conditions of all business, but one of the (if not the) best workplace health and safety records (with regards to claims and injuries) in australia. Go figure.

In responce to andylo, robyn wouldn't buy me anything golf related for my b'day if it was my dying request. She can think of many better things to buy me than gold clubs. She's not the biggest golfing fan.

She did manage to pick one of the all in one remotes that I was thinking of getting (with no prompting from me, she never listens to me anyways) and I now have all my macro's and remotes fully programmed. And, yes, I did read the manual.

To onewood, I sometimes really wish she couldn't use the net too.
