Reshafting Titleist 905 Drivers

Has anyone reshafted a 905 driver? Did you manage to do it without damaging the hosel sleeve?

Does anyone know where the sleeves are available in Australia? I have found one place but they are in the USA.

I took mine to a clubmaker (GCI in Brisbane) and they seemed to cope ok.
