channel 7 are showing some old classics atm.. tonight its Mary Poppins
the curious thing is it's programmed 8:30 - 11:30
now when i watched this as a kid it would have been finnishing at 8:30.. and when some of you blokes watched, prolly somewhere around 6:30 :twisted:
What do you think is behing the late timeslot, do kids get to stay up late nowadays, was it just my parents who ran a house tighter than Jen Hawkins' ass? Is this sort of thing just another sign to the incresing desire to treat children like adults.. it seems like every sort of media is determined to have kids behaving like adults.. consquences bedamned.
