On some news breaks I hear there is a call out to stop warnie being awarded aussie of the year? Is this serious? I 'spose he represents aussie values. Smoke like a chimney. Drink and show off. Sleep with as many women as possible as long as they're not your wife.

And be a great cricketer. Actually, he may have all the qualifications for aussie of the year.

He has my vote -at least it wil be a true Aussie as opposed to a female gay aboriginal muslim who has made important cultural awareness breakthroughs in the small township of uppertimbucktoo (pop 53 people and 100 dogs).

To add to his claim.

Not only has Warney had a threesome with a couple of models. But the models went to the papers to tell the world what a top root he was!!

And don't forget the match fixing/I'm only giving out pitch reports problems from years ago.

Great cricketer. You bet. Australian of the Year; a complete embarrassment. A later story I saw seemed to indicate that it was just Dawn Fraser commenting about this. I don't know if it was on the cards.

Would be a huge outcry if they did do this.

Yep plenty of them in there.

It would be a pretty poor act to make Warne Australian of the Year.

Fair call -maybe my aim should have been Young Australian of the Year.

I heard that they were thinking of naming a stand after Warnie and it was going to be called the "One Night Stand"?

Could be a goer!!!!!!

Very nice Blakey.

I still can't believe the g-string pictures from the Sun. Surely no sane woman in the world would find him attractive after seeing them.

The late news update had him denying everything. I for one believe him. Any person who could name his top 50 players (there was a thread on it) the way he did and keep a straight face could not lie about such a serious matter.

Anyway, I'm off to see a single, rich, attractive blonde woman who lives in her own house in Brighton. I could put up with the three kids for a while, particularly if the ex-hubby spends a lot of time with them.

As long as intelligent women aren't your thing, then go for it.
